Jun Yoon was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to sunny California at a young age of 1. Growing up in the Inland Empire for the majority of his life, he excelled in sports and academics while he attended high school. As a stellar athlete and scholar he got a full ride scholarship to Cal Poly Pomona studying for Economics. He decided to become a successful day trader but was hungry for more network opportunities. Now as one of the best leaders and producers in the office he aspires for world domination.

Leng Vang

Marketing Director Orange County

Rising from the ashes of the east side of Long Beach. Leaving home at the young age of 17, leng grabbed life by the neck and took what he wanted. Fun fact, this is the first real job that he ever has had. Before coming into the business he worked in many different entrepreneurial ventures, developing a passion for agriculture.

Stepping into the business wanting to prove to himself that he could be more than what he had known in life, leng made the decision to jump ten toes down and change the trajectory of his life. Now he's here.

He's on track to opening up his own branch and helping the company expand nationally in the near future.

He's working towards a different life he never expected was possible for him.

Adrianne White was born and raised in Anaheim with experience in food service management and warehouse work. No matter where she's been, she always strives to help others get better while developing her mentality to be a great leader. This opportunity has really helped Adrianne break out of her shell and get past the social anxiety that stopped her from advancing in a lot of areas in her life. Now, she’s excited to continue her growth and help others grow along the way.

Shawn Gardener

Ladies and gentlemen, a warm welcome to Venatic! Shawn Gardner, your dedicated Account Manager. However, within the close-knit Venatic family, he goes by the affectionate moniker, "Suggah," a testament to the warmth and approachability he brings to the team.

Sacramento is where his journey began, born and raised in the heart of this city. Outside of work, he is an avid enthusiast of Marvel movies, captivated by the cinematic universe they've created. His career has been anchored in unwavering commitment, having spent my entire professional life at one company, where I assumed the role of a Field Supervisor in the realm of traffic data analytics. Though it was a rewarding path, he realized it wasn't his lifelong calling. This realization inspired him to venture beyond his comfort zone and on a journey into the uncharted waters of sales and marketing.
A Journey he not only is thoroughly enjoying but is also making look extremely easy, by how quickly he’s traversing and progressing through the checkpoints moving up at Venatic.

Carlos Castillo

Account Manager

Born in Mexico City, came to Southern California as a 3 year old boy with his family. Raised in the city of Santa Ana here in Orange County, graduated from University High School in Irvine. Carlos has always loved to play basketball, piano, and music production. The last few months working at Venatic Carlos has enjoyed learning leadership and management skills. Carlos is 36 years young, student of life, believer of good energy, and loving every minute of life. Working on improving myself everyday by studying, practicing and honing the craft that is marketing and management. His goals include moving up to the point where he can run an office for Venatic in order to set himself and his family up for financial freedom.

Ash Carlyle

HR Director

Ash grew up between California and Washington, but has always called Cali her home. She is an asset to our company as she is the right hand and business partner to our CEO Max. At just 23 years old, she has goals and an attitude that will propel her and her team to bigger and better things in the near future. Outside of work she is an outgoing adventurous soul who loves to explore, travel, meet new people, and loves a good nightlife. She loves country music and goes line dancing weekly as an outlet for her energy and the passion she has for dancing in general. In our business, she holds our HR Director position to new standards while also taking on a Social Media Account Manager position. Her goal is to grow her team and the company to bring her team to their goals both professionally and personally.
