I’m Maxx, i started working straight out of high school and have had a good handful of different jobs in which I came into a leadership role. I have a beautiful wife and daughter who are my number one and why i work so hard. My other passion in life is coaching, whether that be coaching football, being a youth leader, or leading a sales team, Im driven to inspire and push my team to its fullest potential.
I believe everyone learns differently and it’s my goal to find out how they learn and lead them accordingly.
